In a blender, combine spinach, Crisp Apple Beauty Collagen powder, water (or coconut water) and blend until smooth (I prefer blending the spinach and collagen powder first to avoid any spinach chunks in the end product). 2. Combine apple, pineapple chunks, lemon juice, and the optional ingredients into the blender. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Taste and adjust sweetness and consistency as needed. 5. Serve in a cup and enjoy! Next we have a Blackberry Banana Collagen Smoothie that is satisfying to enjoy anytime of the day. This thick and creamy smoothie is made with just blackberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and some sweetener. I like to enjoy it as a quick and light breakfast smoothie when I am in a hurry in the morning. This simple recipe only requires a couple minutes to make and you can take it on-the-go to work, school, morning yoga class, or whatever you have going on in the morning! This delicious purply, berry colored smoothie is very luscious and contains many beneficial vitamins and minerals, fiber and antioxidants, as well as your daily dose of collagen! You can use fresh or frozen blackberries for this smoothie recipe. I personally prefer to buy and use frozen blackberries for smoothies because fresh blackberries do not last very long in the fridge compared to frozen ones in the freezer. Additionally, I use frozen blackberries so my smoothie is much more chilled and enjoyable. If you decide to use fresh blackberries, I suggest you at least chill them in the fridge beforehand! Finally, we have this Power Pitaya Collagen Smoothie, featuring Harmony Proteins Beauty Energy Collagen Boost Dragon Fruit that provides you with loads of energy to kickstart your day. In case you are not aware, Beauty Energy Collagen not only provides you with your daily dose of collagen, but also provides 114 mg of pure green tea caffeine extract for a clean boost of energy. This creamy dragon fruit smoothie is made with dragon fruit, mango, banana, almond milk, and a little lime juice. If you choose to, you can add some vanilla protein powder (your choice of whey or plant-based protein), and you have got yourself an amazing fruity protein energy smoothie that you can take as pre or post workout, a breakfast or as midday pick-me-up! In addition to giving off a vibrant magenta color, dragon fruit is delicious to eat, and even more delicious in smoothies. Dragon fruit is also a superfood with high nutrient value and fiber. For this smoothie recipe, I recommend using at least the dragon fruit or mango frozen in order to reach the perfect smooth and creamy consistency. I personally preferred to use fresh dragon fruit and frozen mango chunks because mangos require more effort to cut. And since dragon fruit only has a mild taste, adding a little bit of fresh lime juice brings out a more tropical flavor. Power Pitaya Collagen Smoothie
