Pucker up because this smoothie has a unique crisp and sour taste; perfect for all you sour lovers. Apple Green Collagen Smoothie Recipe Servings: 2 Ingredients ● 1 packet of Harmony Proteins Crisp Apple Beauty Collagen Water ● 1 whole Granny Smith Apple, core removed (if you don’t like sour, feel free to substitute with your favorite type of apple) ● ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks ● ½ cup water or coconut water (more to thin if necessary) ● ½ lemon juiced ● 1 small handful of baby spinach leaves ● Optional - handful of ice cubes ● Optional - 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, hemp seeds, or flax seeds   Instructions 1. Blackberry Banana Collagen Smoothie Servings: 2 Ingredients: ● 1 packet of Harmony Proteins Blackberry Beauty Collagen Water ● 1 ¼ cup fresh or frozen blackberries ● 1 ripe banana, peeled ● ½ cup Greek yogurt ● A dash of cold water ● 2 tsp honey or agave syrup     Instructions: 1.
